Who we are
IMOVUM INC LTD. London · Dubai. We build imovum IQ, an organisational intelligence platform, and deliver the transformation work that goes with it.
What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, company, work email and message. Nothing else. We do not run analytics cookies on this site today; if that changes, this page changes first.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, continue the conversation about working together. We do not use it for anything else.
Lawful basis
Legitimate interest, responding to a business enquiry you sent us.
Who sees it
Our own team. We never sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in our database, hosted on Supabase, so we can respond to your enquiry and keep track of the conversation. We retain them for 24 months from your last contact with us, then they are deleted.
Hosting
This site is hosted by our cloud provider and served through Cloudflare. Standard server and network logs are handled by those providers as part of delivering the site securely.
Where you are
We process data for visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Arab Emirates, and we comply with the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email iq@imovum.com and we will action it.
